Jennifer is a dedicated Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in working with youth and adults. 

She specializes in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), Prolonged-Exposure (PE) Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Jennifer’s approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. 

Her combined BA in literature and BSc in biology from York University, Bachelor of Education from Western University, and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University all give Jennifer a multidisciplinary perspective and a learning-based approach with her clients. 

Jennifer believes in the inherent resilience of every individual and works collaboratively with her clients to harness their strengths and overcome challenges. Whether they’re navigating life transitions, coping with anxiety and/or depression, healing from trauma, or seeking personal development, Jennifer is there to support her clients on their journey towards holistic wellness.

She is deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and confidentiality. She collaborates with her clients to address specific concerns and devise practical strategies for cultivating resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering positive change. 

Jennifer is an avid adventurer who loves travelling and hiking whenever she gets the chance. Jennifer is also an arts and theatre enthusiast, enjoying a spectrum of visual arts, dance, plays, productions, and symphonies.
