Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist

Ryan McClay is a compassionate Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist who has collaborated closely with first responders on a range of issues. 

Ryan holds a Master's of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a BA Honours in Criminology specializing in Psychology from Carlton University. Ryan works as an intern at Northshore East Stress and Trauma Clinic in St. Catharines and Burlington, where he focuses on trauma.

He brings strong experience working with first responders as a dispatcher and at Brock University Campus Police. He is certified in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has a special interest in working with first responders and other front-line professionals. He is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, pursue meaningful goals, and build healthier, more adaptive lives.

In his spare time, Ryan likes to hit the trail for a hike or a ride in the woods.
