Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and grounded in meeting people where they are. Ilana employs strengths-based therapy that pulls interventions from both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). She is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where clients can explore their strengths, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful change.

In her spare time, Ilana enjoys spending quality time with family, hiking in nature, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
