Brooke is a warm and empathetic Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience with adults and children.

Brooke works with a trauma-informed approach using a cognitive-behavioural perspective across the lifespan. Brooke’s counselling approach is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for support and to develop proactive strategies to accomplish strong goals. She believes in working alongside her clients to empower them to make and achieve meaningful progress toward holistic healing and wellness.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (MACP) and graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology.

Brooke has a passion for dance and has taught children and adults for 10 years. Through her many extensive years of competitive dancing she has developed resiliency, strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection that she brings forth in her clinical practice. She has worked at Pathstone Mental Health Services monitoring their supervised visits program.

Brooke is an avid dancer, dog lover and pop-culture enthusiast.
